Returns 
If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

Our products can be returned within 7 days of the original purchase of the product.

A new product may be exchanged for another product or returned for a refund.

To be eligible for a return, please make sure that:

• The product was purchased in the last 7 days
• The product is in its original packaging

Damages and issues 
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Sleepers with hairline cracks, scuffs or slight discolouration will not be considered for returns as it does not effect the look or overall stability of a retaining wall. 

Warranty 
Subject to the conditions of the warranty set out in clause 19.1 Concrete Sleepers Brisbane warrants that its products will be as described, of an acceptable quality, free from manufacturing defects and fit for purpose. If a product with a manufacturing defect becomes apparent and is reported to the Seller within 1 year of the date of delivery (time being of the essence) then the Seller will either (at the Seller’s sole discretion) repair the defect or replace the product. Please note: Warranty only applies to our plain smooth, charcoal smooth and under fence plinth sleepers. 

Throughout the Warranty Period, Concrete Sleepers Brisbane warrants that its Sleepers are:
(a) Fit for the intended purpose commonly supplied.
(b) Utilize concrete with a compressive strength of at least 45MPa.
(c) Guaranteed to have a lifespan of at least 20 years in natural elements, provided specific conditions during installation are met.
(d) Must be installed by a licenced retaining wall builder.

Warranty Definitions:
(a) “Lawfully Constructed Retaining Wall” refers to a wall constructed in accordance with all applicable laws and regulations.
(b) The “Warranty Period” is the 20-year period from the completion of Sleeper installation.
(c) “Consequential Loss” includes liabilities not naturally arising from contractual breaches, covering loss of opportunity, reputation, use, indirect losses, and loss of profit.

Geographical Restriction:
This Warranty applies exclusively to customers using Sleepers supplied by Concrete Sleepers Brisbane in Australia, with terms subject to the limitations and qualifications outlined in Section 2

Precedence over Terms and Conditions:
In case of discrepancies between Concrete Sleepers Brisbane's website terms and conditions and this Warranty, this Warranty prevails.
